Las Vegas DUI Information

Finding an experienced and ethical lawyer can be a difficult process.  We want to offer you competent representation in this critical time of your life, based on integrity and on the development of an appropriate strategy for your case, in order to achieve the best possible results.
Below are some questions you may want to ask yourself before hiring a DUI or criminal defense lawyer:
Is the attorney a member of any criminal law organizations, such as the National College for DUI Defense or the NACDL http://www.criminaljustice.org?
Does the attorney attend any additional training to enhance his/her skills?
How is the attorney or law firm viewed in Las Vegas by the police and in the local courts?
Has the attorney been disciplined by the Nevada State Bar-www.nvbar.org?
Has your attorney ever tried a criminal case before a judge or jury?
If your case should go to trial, how will you be billed for additional fees?
Does the fee you are paying cover the DMV administrative license revocation hearing, expert fees, blood testing/reanalysis, and other needed expenses and costs?
Criminal defense cases are highly unpredictable.  An ethical lawyer will never make you a promise about the outcome of a criminal case or a DMV proceeding, or guarantee any particular result in a criminal case.
